Special Services Cooperative of Wamego has positions available in the USD 329, Wabaunsee School District,  for the 2018-2019 school year for Para Educators.  Para-Educators will work with students requiring academic, social, physical or emotional assistance. Para-Educators will work under the supervision of a certified teacher. Applicants must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent.  Applicants must be reliable, hard-working, flexible, and be willing to take direction. 

The pay for these positions varies from $9.25 - $11.25 per hour depending on experience and completed education level.  This position includes health insurance and supplemental insurance for anyone working at least 20 hours per week. This is a KPERS retirement position.
